TERMS & CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP TERMS: All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

CLASS PACKAGES: Class packages expire 6 months from date of purchase and cannot be extended.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in loss of class credit.

NO-SHOW POLICY: Failure to attend a booked class without cancellation will result in loss of class credit.

MAKE-UP CLASSES: Make-up classes are available for cancelled classes within the package validity period.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase for unused packages.

SUSPENSION: Memberships may be suspended for medical reasons with doctor's certificate for up to 3 months.

LIABILITY: Participation in classes is at your own risk. Ráfaga Studios is not liable for injuries.

HEALTH CONDITIONS: Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

MODIFICATIONS: Ráfaga Studios reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice.
